- CSClaire S.Verified BuyerI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars16 seconds agoDodgy knee no more
Before I started taking “spice”, I was experiencing a sore knee and sore joints. It has definitely helped with my symptoms. I take 3 capsules daily. The capsules aren’t cheap, but they’ve been one of the few supplements that I take, that have improved my inflammation.
