Ingredients
- 1 400ml can of full fat Coconut Milk
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- The rind and juice of 1 Lemon
- 3 tbsp of Chia Seeds
Method
Step 1
Zest your lemon
Step 2
Mix the coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, lemon juice and rind altogether
Step 3
Decant into 4 small bowls and pop in the fridge for 2-4 hours, or until set. You can leave this overnight.
