If you can, get wild caught prawns, they are a great source of lean protein without the pesticides and antibiotics used in farm fisheries

Although Caviar may sound a bit boujee, it doesn't have to be expensive. The cost of the portion in this salad is about £1.50. Caviar is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for reproductive health and brain function. Caviar is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12, selenium, and Zinc

Coriander can help lower your blood sugar, fight infections, help with the removal of heavy metals from the body, and promote heart, brain, skin, and digestive health.

MCT Oil  improves mental clarity, energy levels, and supports weight loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a great flavour enhancer, but if you get it "with the mother" then it contains all of the live bacteria that repopulate the gut, aiding digestion, and inhibiting glucose spikes

Ingredients

  • ½ a red onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Half a mango, cubed
  • 300g Prawns
  • Handful of rocket and watercress
  • Coriander
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp WillPowders MCT Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Caviar/Fish Roe
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

Step 1

Chop your onion, grate your carrot, cube your mango and pop them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Add your prawns and caviar to your bowl.

Step 3

Squeeze the juice of half a lime and half an orange on your salad.

Step 4

Add your apple cider vinegar and MCT Oil.

Step 5

Season.

Step 6

Add your watercress and rocket leaves.

Step 7

Toss until everything is coated in the juices. Enjoy!
