This deliciously pimped Hummus is high in protein, will keep you satisfied and fuel your brain with the goodness of MCT Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of Organic Chickpeas
  • The juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 tsps of Curry Powder
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 tbsp of Organic (clean) Peanut Butter
  • 1 good pinch of Salt
  • 1 tbsp of MCT Oil
  • Olive Oil to loosen

Method

Step 1

Simply add all of your ingredients into a blender, whizz and enjoy. (Add more Olive Oil to loosen your hummus up for your desired texture.)
