Method

  1. Using a bain-marie, melt your chocolate
  2. Once melted, add in your MCT Oil
  3. Next, add 3 tbsp of protein powder
  4. Measure out your puffed rice and pour the chocolate mixture over it
  5. Mix until all the rice is covered
  6. Decant your puffed rice mixture into muffin cases
  7. Pop your rice cakes into the fridge for about an hour or until the chocolate has solidified
