Method

  1. Add your dry ingredients to a bowl
  2. Next, add in your oil and maple syrup
  3. Stir to combine
  4. Cover a tray with parchment paper and start to form your bites. Take a small amount of your mixture and squeeze it together to help it stick. Don't worry if you can't form perfect balls.
  5. Place your bites on the parchment lined tray and place in the fridge for an hour or so. The bites should be crunchy and should hold together.
