Chocolate, Collagen and Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 super ripe avocados
- 6 medjool dates (take out the stones)
- 2 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
- Half a cup of hazelnut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 drops of stevia (optional)
- 1 tbsp of Collagen
Method
Step 1
Whizz everything up in a blender, adding a little more hazelnut milk if it starts to stick. You might want to add some vanilla extract for that extra layer of gorgeousness.
Step 2
Decant your chocolatey heaven into small cups, pop them in the fridge to firm up before you pop in your mouth to feed your gut the good stuff!
