  • 4 large scoops of WillPowders Protein Powder (any flavour will work)
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 large scoop of Cocoa Powder
  • 80g of Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup (if you want them a little sweeter)

Method

  1. Drain and rinse your chickpeas and pop all your ingredients in an electric blender. Whizz for a smooth consistency. Stir in your chocolate chips if using.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees or 160 degrees for fan ovens.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spoon your cookies onto your tray.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the tray and then transfer to a wire rack.
