I’ve been struggling to lose weight since I turned 40 and had a failed round of IVF.

Fast forward 7 years and more & more weight piled on! I’ve now become a mum (through adoption) and wanted to make sure I was healthier as she grows up but I was struggling to find time for me!

Then last year my mum’s health rapidly deteriorated, meaning she is now wheelchair bound and needs care. At the same time I developed a frozen shoulder but my mum needed me to help her move. It was so painful and the waiting list to be seen for treatment was so long. I looked to social media for help and came across Davinia and her products.

I first started to take collagen & Spice and used a massage gun, the improvement was amazing (and I’m a Physio!).

I started to read Davinia's books and started fasting, clean-ish eating and cutting out the alcohol.

I’ve not looked back since. 3 1/2 stone down, back running and sleeping better. I have my life back and can support my family more than I had hoped I could.
