Bananas are a carb, so this is the perfect night time treat to support with sleep.

Ingredients

  • 300ml of full fat organic Milk
  • 2 large scoops of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana (organic if possible)
  • Ice (optional)

Method

Step 1

Pop all your ingredients in an electric blender until your shake is fully whizzed, thick and delicious.

Step 2

Decant into a glass and enjoy!
