Avoid shop bought, seed oil riddled hummus and whip up this super easy recipe if you're craving a little dippage.

Feed the brain all the good fats and protein and the body will follow.

Ingredients

  • 400g tinned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 tbsp of Tahini
  • 60ml of MCT Oil
  • 1/2 tsp of Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
  • 60ml Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 1

Blitz all your ingredients together

Step 2

Add a little more oil if you need to loosen your hummus up.
