Packed with protein, this chia seed pud is the perfect way to pimp your breakfast repertoire or find that bit of nom in your day. 

Ingredients

  • 250ml raw, full fat, organic Milk
  • 3 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Cacao Powder

Method

Step 1

Simply, pop all your ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined

Step 2

Put your chia seed pud in the fridge for an hour, or until it has completely firmed up
