Method

  1. Pop all your ingredients in an electric blender for a smooth consistency, or hand mix in a bowl.
  2. Heat a small frying pan and melt your butter on a medium to high heat
  3. Pour a little of your batter into your pan and cook your pancakes for around 1 minute (until the bottom has firmed). Flip and repeat.
