Lisa's gut, skin and hair have been transformed, but better yet, she has managed her hormones the WillPowders Way!

By taking control of her sugar cravings, she is finally reaping the benefits of being an extremely active 35 year old woman.

Read Lisa's story below ...

In January 2024, I embarked on a journey with WillPowders. As an active 35-year-old woman, weighing no more than 9 stone and a regular runner, I had no weight to lose. However, I was struggling with my hormones, mood, skin, and gut health.

My mum came across Davinia's Instagram page and was intrigued by the videos exposing the ingredients in supermarket products. I was already fascinated by the research Davinia was sharing, particularly about seed oils, and I was dealing with an increasing sugar addiction. My acne had worsened, and my diet was far from clean. Each day, I would start with two cups of coffee made with Oatly Barista, followed by porridge, unclean peanut butter, and sugary snacks like BelVita biscuits and cinnamon raisin bagels.

I knew I needed a change, so I decided to try the WillPowders products. Since then, I haven't looked back. For the past year, I’ve started every morning with an electrolyte and two MCT coffees with keto creamer and collagen. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I swapped my porridge for a breakfast of vanilla or chocolate protein powder with Greek yoghurt. If I need a sweet fix, I blend the protein powder into almond milk, and I now focus on eating much cleaner.

My two young daughters love the protein powder too, often mixed into pancakes or yoghurt. The WillPowders products have become a part of our daily routine and fit seamlessly with my active lifestyle. More recently, I introduced the brain powders before my runs, and they’ve been amazing!

The most obvious improvement has been in my skin—before and after pictures show a remarkable transformation. But beyond that, I just feel so much better overall. It's not a diet; it's a lifestyle that fits with my family, and I’m incredibly grateful for the impact it’s had on my life.

In terms of mental health, these products have been a game-changer. I was at a point where my doctor suggested antidepressants to manage my out-of-control hormones, but I decided to try the WillPowders products instead. This decision has been life-changing, and I’m thankful I found this path before relying on medication. I haven’t needed to see a doctor in the past year, and that’s something I’m truly thankful for. I’ll be more cautious about which medical professionals I listen to moving forward, especially when it comes to me and my kids.

The protein powder has been key in transforming my sugar addiction. Previously, I used SIS protein and electrolytes, but I believe they contributed to the skin issues I was experiencing. I now use WillPowders every day (along with my daily exercise routine, which includes running and body pump classes). I’ve even started lifting weights, and it’s been a new addition to my lifestyle that I love.

Another unexpected benefit has been the improvement in my hair. Last year, I had to stop colouring my hair due to significant breakage from regrowth—another response to my hormones. This year, my hair has nearly doubled in length, and I’m thrilled with the growth. The photo from December 2023 shows my short hair, and the one from January 2025 shows how much it’s grown!

I’m now planning to qualify as a Pilates instructor this year, and I’m excited to advocate for this lifestyle to anyone I meet along the way.

Sharing my journey today has made me realise just how much of a difference these products have made in my life. I feel confident and empowered to speak up about it and share my story with others. WillPowders has truly transformed my approach to health, and I’m excited to continue this journey!

It’s not always easy, but the investment in these products has replaced the money I used to spend on supermarket junk and Oatly products. The results speak for themselves, and I’m so glad I made this change.

I’m excited to continue sharing my story with others, and I encourage anyone who’s struggling with similar issues to give it a try.
